Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED/equivalent or certificate from an accredited trade school
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • mechanical aptitude
  • working knowledge of aircraft and automotive repair tools
  • valid US driver's license not revoked, suspended or expired
  • must pass 10-year background check
  • willingness to take pre-placement physical, hearing and vision tests, and drug screen
  • must be able to read, write and speak English
  • flexibility to work shifts in a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends and holidays
  • ability to clear fingerprint-based criminal history check for necessary credentials
  • legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • successful completion of interview
  • reliable and punctual attendance

Job Qualifications

  • working knowledge of tools associated with aircraft and automotive repair, ability to work with cleaning solutions and chemicals
  • valid US driver's license
  • must be able to read, write and speak English

  • legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • reliable and punctual attendance

Job Duties

  • Identify and check tools, test equipment and certain commodities in and out of the tool room and parts room
  • service, cleaning, inventory, storage and accounting of tools, test equipment and certain commodities used in the daily operation of the tool room and parts room
  • perform routine maintenance tasks of general nature, such as servicing and transporting equipment
  • perform minor repairs on food service equipment
  • surface treatment on engines, aircraft, and component parts with chemicals and sandblasting equipment
  • cutting, sizing and forming materials for aircraft interiors
