Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
- one year of data entry experience
- strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- working knowledge of operations

Job Duties
- Partner with various levels of management to understand business objectives and identify corresponding IFBL and FAC needs
- implement strategies to support and improve quality
- drive unit-wide quality strategy programs and processes
- partner with operations and training functions to identify training needs and provide input on training approaches and content
- partner with operations to identify and use the 8D process to resolve flight attendant comments
- ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- receive and respond to customer inquiries related to flight attendant comments
- work directly with customers during IFBL disputes and visits to the unit
- communicate flight attendant comment reporting verbally and visually to operational staff and management
- perform data entry of flight attendant comments
- perform other duties as assigned by management
