Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory experience
- must be able to successfully complete AerSale forklift training and hazardous material certification/training
- basic computer knowledge required
- strong organizational skills
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product
- read, write, and understand the English language
- must be able to lift fifty pounds
- must be able to lift, bend, stoop, twist, kneel, crouch, and stand for prolonged periods of time
- must be able to climb stairs, ladders and/service stands
- subject to continual loud noises
- must have normal corrected hearing and vision
- must possess a valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Responsible for the daily operation of the Materials Stores department in compliance with all Company, OSHA, FAA, Customer, etc. requirements
- meet inventory goals and performance standards
- review and evaluate tooling requirements in support of maintenance daily needs and forecasting for upcoming special projects
- ensure the accurate and timely processing of all required documentation, labeling, storing including the scanning and imaging of work packages and traceability documents while meeting all AerSale and Customer requirements
- work with Material expeditors, Material Coordinator, Purchasing Dept., Maintenance, and Customer to ensure incoming tooling is processed and reported in a timely/accurate manner to include customer owned property
- ensure the flow of tooling are processed in a timely and accurate manner to Customer/Maintenance personnel as required
- ensure physical inventory and cycle counts on all tooling are accomplished and stock levels are continually monitored and updated on regular basis
- evaluate and report tool discrepancies and shortages in a timely manner to facilitate corrections within the AerSale computer system and ensure accountability for all company assets
- maintain and monitor time-controlled calibration and shelf-life items to ensure items are dealt with accordingly, appropriately, and within specified time frame
- works directly with Tool Crib Lead on all calibration requirements
- enforce safety programs, initiatives, and activities
- always maintain work area clean and orderly fashion
- work together with stores department on processes/procedures with receiving and issues/returns are met
- assist Department Manager and supervisor as required
- generate reports as requested by the Department Manager
- assist and communicate with Customers in a courteous, professional manner to coordinate material needs and requests
