Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years culinary experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
  • Proficiency with required knife skills and cooking techniques
  • Ability to identify kitchen equipment and ingredients
  • Knowledge of weights, measures, and cooking techniques
  • Ability to read and execute standardized recipes
  • Time management skills
  • California Food Handlers Certification
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality by living and promoting company values
  • Perform responsibilities following all company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and appearance of menu items
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked during service
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate pick-ups
  • Minimize waste through proper preparation, storage, and portion control
  • Use various cooking techniques and operate kitchen equipment including slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, stove, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and flat top
  • Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
  • Treat team members with dignity, fairness, and respect to encourage teamwork
  • Adapt duties as assigned by management to meet business needs
