Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years culinary experience

- Ability to read and execute standardized recipes
- Time management skills
- California Food Handlers Certification
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality by living and promoting company values
- Perform responsibilities following all company standards, policies, and procedures
- Prepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and appearance of menu items
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked during service
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate pick-ups
- Minimize waste through proper preparation, storage, and portion control
- Use various cooking techniques and operate kitchen equipment including slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, stove, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and flat top
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
- Treat team members with dignity, fairness, and respect to encourage teamwork
- Adapt duties as assigned by management to meet business needs
