Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a gourmet or upscale dining environment
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment including slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, stove, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and flat top
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
- Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a gourmet or professional cook
- Knowledge of advanced culinary techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to read and interpret standardized recipes
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and presentation

Job Duties
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures
- Read, understand, and follow standardized recipes to prepare and cook high-quality dishes to presentation standards
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and appearance across all menu items
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked during service
- Communicate effectively to coordinate pick-ups with fellow culinary team members
- Minimize waste through proper preparation, storage, and portion control
