This role is for a ToGo Specialist and Host at the Chili's location in Irving, Texas, situated at 3421 W Airport Fwy. This position offers both part-time and full-time employment opportunities, making it suitable for individuals seeking flexible schedules or those aiming for a fuller commitment. The pay rates are competitive, with ToGo Specialists earning an average of $10.00 to $15.00 per hour plus tips, and Hosts earning around $11.00 to $13.00 per hour. For full-time employees working 40 hours a week, this translates to an estimated $400 to $600 for ToGo Specialists and $440 to $520 for Hosts. These roles provide an excellent entry point into the hospitality industry, combining customer service, order management, and front-of-house responsibilities.

As a ToGo Specialist, team members are responsible for ensuring a seamless takeout experience for guests, managing orders accurately, and maintaining communication between the kitchen and customers.
