The role of a ToGo Specialist or Busser at Chili's King of Prussia location is an integral part of the team, designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to contribute to a smooth dining operation. This position is open to both part-time and full-time candidates, with an average pay of $15.00 per hour including tips, which translates to approximately $600 for full-time work of 40 hours per week. The job duties involve a combination of customer interaction, order preparation, and hospitality support aimed at ensuring that guests receive timely and accurate Takeout orders or have an excellent dining environment. Whether you're guiding guests in placing their to-go orders or clearing tables efficiently as a busser, this role demands attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order.
Chili's also offers a range of employee incentives that make working here rewarding beyond the paycheck. These include meal discounts not only at Chili's but also at Maggiano’s, cell phone discounts, and no-cost GED and associate degree programs which reflect the company’s investment in employee education and overall well-being. Team members receive valuable training that builds upon existing skills while opening up new possibilities for personal and professional growth. This is complemented by development programs and a supportive leadership team that is dedicated to sharing drive and results. Flexible schedules help accommodate employees’ diverse needs, and an inviting workplace culture ensures collaboration with other ambitious team members who share a passion for excellence. This opportunity is particularly suited for people looking to elevate their career in hospitality and gain experience with one of America's favorite casual dining chains. Work occurs in person, predominantly during evening shifts, emphasizing that candidates should be available to contribute actively during these peak business hours. Joining Chili's means becoming part of a community where you are encouraged to grow, succeed, and enjoy what you do every day.
