Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food and beverage service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to operate a POS system
- attention to detail
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet everyone with a smile
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- pack prepared food and beverage orders in appropriate containers to ensure completeness and safe transport
- carry and deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup in designated areas and manage transactions
- thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety standards
