This job opening is for the position of To Go Specialist, a critical role within the Red Lobster restaurant team. The To Go Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guests receive their takeout orders promptly and accurately. Key aspects of this role include welcoming guests with a smile, taking and processing orders accurately through the POS system, assembling food and drink orders with care and attention to food safety standards, and delivering these orders to guests, either inside the restaurant or for curbside pickup.
