Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Take accurate to-go orders and process payment efficiently
  • Ensure orders are packed correctly and promptly for customer pickup
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the to-go area
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
