The To-Go Specialist position is an essential role designed to enhance the convenience and satisfaction of guests choosing to enjoy Chili's delicious offerings from home or elsewhere. Specialists are expected to be well-versed in the menu to confidently guide guests with their order selections. A key element of the role involves managing phone interactions, answering calls promptly and courteously, and accurately entering orders into the system for timely preparation. Experience with point of sale (POS) systems is also valuable to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
