You will apply your menu knowledge to assist customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience. Packing and bagging orders neatly and efficiently will be key, alongside processing payments and coordinating with management regarding operational volume and delivery availability. Maintaining the cleanliness and stock levels of the to-go area is also a critical duty to support smooth daily operations. Successful candidates must display high integrity, excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment. Additionally, obtaining food handler and TABC certificates is required to uphold Lupe Tortilla’s standards of safety and quality. Job Duties
- Greet and provide excellent customer service
- answer phones promptly and professionally
- possess menu knowledge and provide customers with an accurate and efficient experience
- take accurate food and drink orders and correctly enter them into POS system
- pack and bag orders
- deliver checks and collect payment
- coordinate with management on times, volumes and delivery availability
- maintain to-go area of restaurant for cleanliness and stock materials accordingly
