We are currently seeking motivated and energetic Restaurant Team Crew Members to join our To Go department. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $23.00 per hour, reflecting the value we place on our team members’ contributions. As a Restaurant Team Crew Member at Lupe Tortilla, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive prompt and friendly service. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers with a warm smile, taking and accurately entering food and drink orders using our POS system, and efficiently packing orders for takeout. You will maintain cleanliness and organization in the To Go area, ensuring that all materials are properly stocked to support smooth operations. Communication is key in this role, as you will also answer phones professionally and coordinate with management to manage order timing, volume, and delivery availability. A positive attitude and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role, as is a genuine passion for excellent customer service.

We also emphasize the importance of safety and compliance, so team members must be able to obtain food handlers and TABC certificates.
