The Lupe Tortilla To Go department is currently seeking Restaurant Team Crew Members who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. The position involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring their orders are accurately taken, efficiently processed, and delivered with care. This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $15.00 to $23.00 per hour, reflecting the value placed on dedicated and skilled team members. As a Team Crew Member, individuals will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, answering phones professionally, and providing detailed menu knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Accuracy in taking and entering orders into the POS system is essential, along with efficiently packing and bagging orders for to-go service. Collecting payments, coordinating with management on operational details like time schedules, order volumes, and delivery logistics are also part of the role.
