We are currently seeking energetic and motivated Restaurant Team Crew Members to join the Lupe Tortilla To Go department. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and enjoy interacting with customers and team members alike. As a Team Crew Member, you will be instrumental in providing excellent customer service, accurately processing orders, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the To Go area. The role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, an ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused culture, and a positive attitude that contributes to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. Employment is offered on a full-time and part-time basis with flexible scheduling options available. Candidates must be able to obtain food handlers and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certificates, which are essential for compliance and safety in food service operations. Job Duties
- Greet and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phones promptly and professionally

- Pack and bag orders
- Deliver checks and collect payment
- Coordinate with management on times, volumes and delivery availability
- Maintain to-go area of restaurant for cleanliness and stock materials accordingly
