We are currently seeking energetic and motivated Restaurant Team Crew Members to join the Lupe Tortilla To Go department. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and enjoy interacting with customers and team members alike. As a Team Crew Member, you will be instrumental in providing excellent customer service, accurately processing orders, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the To Go area. The role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, an ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused culture, and a positive attitude that contributes to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. Employment is offered on a full-time and part-time basis with flexible scheduling options available. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $23.00 per hour, reflecting the value Lupe Tortilla places on skilled and committed team members. Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, answering phones professionally, accurately taking and entering orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system, packing and bagging orders for pickup or delivery, collecting payments, coordinating with management on scheduling and delivery logistics, and maintaining the area to ensure it is clean and stocked. Candidates must be able to obtain food handlers and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certificates, which are essential for compliance and safety in food service operations.
