The Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant is currently seeking motivated and dedicated team members for its To Go department. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, answering phones promptly and professionally, and possessing comprehensive menu knowledge to assist guests effectively. You will take accurate orders and enter them into the point of sale (POS) system, pack orders carefully, and handle payment processing. Coordination with management regarding scheduling, order volumes, and delivery availability is a crucial aspect to ensure operational efficiency. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in the to-go area ensures a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
