Coordination with management regarding scheduling, order volumes, and delivery availability is a crucial aspect to ensure operational efficiency. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in the to-go area ensures a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers. Job Duties
- Greet and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phones promptly and professionally
- Possess menu knowledge and provide customers with an accurate and efficient experience
- Take accurate food and drink orders and correctly enter them into POS system
- Pack and bag orders
- Deliver checks and collect payment
- Coordinate with management on times, volumes and delivery availability
- Maintain to-go area of restaurant for cleanliness and stock materials accordingly
