We are currently seeking a dedicated To-Go Roadie to join our team and support our carry-out operations. This role is crucial for ensuring that our takeout guests receive the same Legendary Food and Legendary Service experience that our dine-in customers enjoy. As a To-Go Roadie, you will be the friendly face and voice representing Bubba's 33 during every interaction with our carry-out customers. You will be responsible for managing orders accurately, coordinating with kitchen and management staff, and providing timely service.

Your duties will include greeting guests warmly as they place or pick up orders, answering calls with proper phone etiquette, and demonstrating excellent knowledge of our menu to assist customers effectively. Attention to detail is essential as you will carefully package each order to meet quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the back-of-house team to ensure that orders are completed seamlessly. Additionally, you will provide accurate time estimates for order completion and guide guests through our online and mobile app ordering systems. Proficiency in using the point of sale (POS) system will be required for processing orders, payments, and gift card transactions.

Safety and sanitation practices are paramount in this role to maintain Bubba's 33's standards of cleanliness and food safety. Being a team player and exhibiting teamwork are also key aspects of this role to create a positive and efficient work environment.
