Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure each guest receives a legendary welcome and goodbye when placing or picking up their order
- Use proper phone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders
- Be knowledgeable of the menu to accurately take and place orders
- Demonstrate strong organization and accuracy when packaging orders
- Work collaboratively with back of house staff to complete orders
- Partner with restaurant managers on quote times and accurately provide quotes to guests on the length of time to complete their order
- Understand online and mobile app ordering systems
- Accurately use point of sale (POS) system to place orders, process to-go sales, gift card sales, and cash/credit card transactions
- Practice proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Exhibit teamwork at all times
