The company operates with a focus on quality, hospitality, and community connection, maintaining high standards in all facets of the dining experience.
As a To-Go Roadie at Texas Roadhouse, you will be integral to supporting the carry-out operations, ensuring that every guest who orders food to-go receives the same exceptional service and food quality as those dining in the restaurant. This role focuses on executing and maintaining Texas Roadhouse's legendary standards in the face of rapid customer demand and a dynamic work environment. The To-Go Roadie is the face of the restaurant for guests who prefer takeout, playing a critical role in customer interaction from order placement to pick-up.
