Job Requirements
- must have previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- willingness to work evenings and weekends
- ability to work up to 29 hours per week
- ability to follow safety procedures in handling chemicals
- physical ability to reach, bend, climb, lift up to 50 pounds, and tolerate extreme outdoor weather conditions
- valid Wisconsin driver’s license
- good communication skills
- ability to respond promptly and efficiently to housekeeping requests
Job Qualifications
- previous employment experience in event setup or housekeeping preferred
- possess a solid work ethic, willingness to learn, and good communication skills
- possess resourcefulness, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- must hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license
Job Duties
- complete a variety of cleaning tasks both inside and outside
- remove trash from public areas and properly dispose of trash and recycling
- properly handle and use cleaning products and chemicals
- perform general housekeeping tasks such as cleaning restrooms, wiping solid surfaces, dusting, sweeping, mopping, replenishing soap and paper products
- maintain clean, orderly storage rooms and stock supplies appropriately
- respond to housekeeping calls and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- occasionally assist with setup of tables, chairs, tents for programs and events
- provide world-class service levels by maintaining a safe, inviting, and pleasant atmosphere
- other duties as assigned
