The Warehouse Runner position at Oak View Group is a pivotal role supporting the 2026-2027 sports season at Colorado State University’s prestigious Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena. This is a part-time role that offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $18.00, with the added benefit of tip eligibility. Employees in this position will be integral in ensuring that concession stands and portable locations are fully stocked, clean, and well organized throughout the sports season. Warehouse Runners contribute significantly to the hospitality experience of guests by maintaining high standards of sanitation, inventory control, and product quality. Beyond stocking duties, Warehouse Runners are responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the warehouse itself, including tasks like sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas as well as cleaning commissary dishes.

Successful candidates will be expected to rigorously follow company standards for inventory management, including the first-in-first-out (FIFO) method to guarantee that food products served are fresh. Attention to detail is essential in rotating stock properly, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the security of storage areas by securing all access points after use. This role requires physical stamina and adaptability, as employees will frequently stand and walk throughout their shifts, lift heavy objects, and work under variable environmental conditions, including low temperatures, cold environments, exposure to carbon monoxide in low concentrations, wet surfaces, hot equipment, and elevated noise levels. Flexibility in schedule, including availability on weekends, is necessary to meet the demands of the sports season.
