Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of foodservice or hospitality experience
- Food service certification required
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to stand and walk extensively
- Capability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work in cold environments
- Comfortable working with low carbon monoxide exposure
- Must maintain safety on wet/slippery surfaces
- Willingness to work around hot equipment
- Must tolerate elevated noise levels
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in foodservice or hospitality
- Food service certification
- Flexible work schedule with ability to work weekends
- Ability to perform duties involving extensive standing and walking
- Experience lifting heavy objects
- Ability to work in cold environments
- Comfortable with low levels of carbon monoxide exposure
- Ability to maintain safety on wet or slippery surfaces
- Willingness to work near hot equipment and surfaces
- Tolerance for elevated noise levels
Job Duties
- Set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- Maintain company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality
- Ensure cleanliness of all concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- Rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
- Maintain warehouse upkeep including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage, and cleaning commissary dishes
- Keep storage areas and inventory neat, organized, and sanitary
- Deliver items according to requisitions using First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory method
- Secure all storage areas by locking and protecting access points
- Assist with monthly inventory counts
- Identify and report inventory needs for upcoming events
