The company specializes in venue development and delivering comprehensive capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. OVG manages a portfolio of world-class venues including arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions spanning four continents. Among the venues the company operates is the Crown Complex located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The Crown Complex is a state-of-the-art, multi-venue facility central to Cumberland County, featuring a 4,500-seat arena, a 9,200-square-foot ballroom, a 10,880-seat coliseum, an exposition center with 60,000 square feet of unobstructed event space, and a 2,440-seat theater. This premier facility serves as home to the Fayetteville Marksmen hockey team of the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) and the Fayetteville Fury indoor soccer team of the National Indoor Soccer League (NISL), hosting a wide array of sporting events, family shows, concerts, and special productions throughout the year.

The position available is for a part-time Receptionist at the Crown Complex, paying $15.00 per hour. This role is vital as the first point of contact for visitors, prospective clients, and the general public, embodying the professional and welcoming spirit of the complex. This role requires tact and courtesy in all interactions, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Part-time employees at Oak View Group enjoy benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, supporting both their immediate employment needs and long-term financial wellness. The Receptionist role requires availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and event days, reflecting the dynamic schedule of an entertainment venue.
