This positions the company as a major force driving innovation and excellence within the live entertainment industry globally.

One notable venue managed by Oak View Group is the Crown Complex located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The Crown Complex is a modern, state-of-the-art, five-venue facility that serves as a central hub for sports, entertainment, and community events in Cumberland County. It hosts a variety of events including sporting contests, concerts, family shows, and special productions throughout the year. The complex is also home to the Fayetteville Marksmen hockey team and the Fayetteville Fury indoor soccer team.

The Receptionist position at the Crown Complex is part-time and offers an hourly wage of $15.00. This role is vital as the first point of contact for visitors, prospective clients, and the general public, reflecting Oak View Group’s commitment to outstanding service and smooth operations. The receptionist plays a key role in fostering a welcoming environment, managing communications, supporting various departments, and ensuring the efficient handling of office-related tasks.

Key responsibilities include greeting visitors in a professional manner, managing incoming and outgoing phone calls through a multi-line phone system, handling mail and deliveries, maintaining office supplies, and supporting general clerical operations such as photocopying and scanning. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during event days, aligning schedules with the complex’s dynamic event calendar. Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, basic operational knowledge of office equipment, and proficiency in computer software such as the Windows operating system, Microsoft Word, and Excel are essential to perform well in this position.

Oak View Group is also committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment, recognizing the importance of diverse perspectives in driving innovation and enhancing service quality. The company offers part-time employees benefits including a 401(k) Savings Plan with matching contributions, emphasizing their investment in staff welfare and future financial security.
