Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of event management experience
  • Ability to manage complex and high-volume events
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with event planning software preferred
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to move heavy furniture and equipment
  • Ability to collaborate across departments

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of event management experience in stadiums, arenas, hospitality venues, or similar
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume events
  • Strong knowledge of event logistics, production, and planning
  • Experience budgeting and financial reconciliation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software like Social Tables
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to move heavy furniture and equipment

Job Duties

  • Lead planning and strategy for large-scale events
  • Serve as primary post-contract contact managing timelines and execution
  • Oversee operational performance and financial results
  • Develop and verify event orders, timelines, and documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including culinary, operations, and AV
  • Manage event logistics such as layouts, staffing, and scheduling
  • Advance event requirements with stakeholders including production and labor
