Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of event management experience
- Ability to manage complex and high-volume events
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with event planning software preferred
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to move heavy furniture and equipment
- Ability to collaborate across departments
Job Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of event management experience in stadiums, arenas, hospitality venues, or similar
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume events
- Strong knowledge of event logistics, production, and planning
- Experience budgeting and financial reconciliation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software like Social Tables
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to move heavy furniture and equipment
Job Duties
- Lead planning and strategy for large-scale events
- Serve as primary post-contract contact managing timelines and execution
- Oversee operational performance and financial results
- Develop and verify event orders, timelines, and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including culinary, operations, and AV
- Manage event logistics such as layouts, staffing, and scheduling
- Advance event requirements with stakeholders including production and labor
