The company's commitment to diversity and equal opportunity shapes its vibrant work culture, driving its success in serving diverse audiences worldwide.
Benchmark International Arena, located at 401 Channelside Drive, Tampa, Florida, is one of OVG's premier entertainment venues. Following an extensive $62 million renovation between 2011 and 2013, the arena stands as Florida's leading live entertainment destination. Home to the three-time Stanley Cup champion Tampa Bay Lightning, the arena boasts unique features such as lightning-throwing Tesla coils, a massive digital pipe organ, and an expansive Budweiser Biergarten with spectacular city views. Benchmark International Arena consistently ranks among the top venues in the United States, recognized for its state-of-the-art facilities and exceptional guest experience.
The part-time Pastry Cook III role at Benchmark International Arena offers an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals passionate about pastry arts to contribute to such a celebrated venue. You will also independently manage opening and closing duties of the pastry station, oversee equipment operation and maintenance, and uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards. Your role is crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of pastry service during peak periods, which demands excellent organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Developing and refining your pastry skills will be an ongoing part of your journey in this role, supported by mentorship from senior chefs and exposure to diverse baking and decorating techniques. This position values creativity, technical prowess, and a genuine passion for pastry arts and dessert preparation that deliver unforgettable experiences to guests. With benefits like a 401(k) savings plan and matching, even as a part-time employee, Oak View Group encourages your professional growth and personal well-being in a supportive and engaging work environment.
