The company operates a variety of world-renowned venues including arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. Their client portfolio includes some of the most iconic sports and entertainment locations worldwide, making OVG a significant player in shaping live event experiences.

One of the prominent venues under OVG management is the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center situated in Tallahassee, Florida. This venue boasts a 12,500-seat arena, 34 luxury suites, 476 club seats, and over 54,000 square feet of meeting and exhibition space. Additionally, it features the Spotlight Grille, an arena-view restaurant known for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The civic center is a central hub for Florida State University's men’s and women’s basketball teams, providing a vibrant and electric atmosphere renowned for its intense home-court advantage. Beyond sports, the arena serves multiple purposes including concerts, trade shows, large catered events, receptions, religious services, and educational classes.

The Line Cook role at the Donald L. The Line Cook will be integral in preparing high-quality meals across various service points such as buffet lines, station serving areas, suites during concerts, and special events, often interacting directly with guests.

This role focuses on preparing fresh, delicious foods by adhering to company recipes and portion sizes and involves working closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Lead Line Cook to ensure that quality and presentation meet the venue’s high standards. Additionally, employees maintain strict sanitation, health, and safety practices to comply with regulatory requirements; monitor food cooking processes; portion and garnish food items; and report any equipment maintenance needs. Working in this role means contributing to a memorable guest experience that embodies OVG’s commitment to excellence in live entertainment hospitality.

To support part-time employees, Oak View Group offers a competitive benefits package including a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions.
