Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in food and beverage supervisory role
  • Valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if applicable
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash and perform basic math
  • Availability to work flexible event schedules including nights and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage environment
  • Ability to supervise the work of others effectively
  • Strong communication skills with employees co-workers volunteers management and guests

  • Possession of valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
  • Ability to perform basic math functions related to POS cash credit transactions and inventory
  • Basic knowledge of office software including Excel Word Teams and PowerPoint
  • Ability to lift heavy objects as needed

Job Duties

  • Oversee set-up and readiness of concession stands prior to events
  • Assign duties to employees and volunteers ensuring operational efficiency
  • Monitor food production inventory and cash handling procedures
  • Assist in training new and current staff on procedures and guest service standards
  • Support or backfill any position to maintain service and guest satisfaction
  • Assist with Premium Services operations and special events
  • Maintain a safe clean and harassment-free work environment including safety issue reporting
  • Supervise alcohol service including ID checks and managing over-service situations
  • Support POS transactions order processing and guest interaction
  • Ensure all equipment is operational and sanitation standards are met
  • Enforce OVG company policies and procedures modeling professional conduct
  • Assist with inventory training sessions and other projects assigned by management
  • Assist with moving products into designated locations
