Job Description

Oak View Group (OVG) is recognized globally as a leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services. Founded in 2015, OVG builds and operates world-class venues and offers comprehensive venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Their expansive portfolio includes seven owned venues and a vast client roster featuring some of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions spanning four continents. OVG prides itself on delivering innovative solutions to transform the live entertainment experience for fans, partners, and communities alike.

The company is currently seeking a Catering Bartender for a seasonal part-time position at the Charles Schwab Challenge golf tournament, held at Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, TX. This role offers an hourly wage of $18. The seasonal position begins April 24, 2026, and concludes August 24, 2026, with the posting open until July 31, 2026.

The Catering Bartender position is essential in providing exceptional beverage service during this premier outdoor golf tournament. The role requires bartenders to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages professionally and efficiently, directly contributing to a positive guest experience in a high-volume setting. Working outdoors and handling large crowds, the bartender must be vigilant about following alcohol service laws, ensuring guest safety, and maintaining service standards set by OVG and the tournament.

Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down bar stations, managing inventory and cleanliness, and using POS systems to process transactions accurately. The bartender must verify guest age to prevent underage drinking and monitor guest consumption responsibly. The job entails working collaboratively with concessions, culinary, and event operations teams, contributing to the seamless execution of the event.

This position demands flexibility, as work schedules will include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and multi-day events. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment. The bartender should hold or be willing to obtain a valid alcohol service certification such as TABC or ServSafe Alcohol.

Joining Oak View Group means becoming part of a diverse and inclusive team dedicated to innovation and excellence in live entertainment. OVG is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a high-profile sporting event while gaining valuable experience in hospitality and live event service.
