Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume bar or concessions environment
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid food handler's certificate
- Valid alcohol service permit
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience is preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume bar or concessions environment preferred
- Accurate cash handling and basic math skills required
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented workplace
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
- Must possess a valid food handler's certificate and alcohol service permit
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service while maintaining professional interactions with guests, co-workers, and management staff
- Follow bar pre-shift notes, event instructions, and bar menus to ensure efficient and accurate service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and all state and federal alcohol service regulations
- Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with minimum age requirements for alcohol purchases
- Pour beverages responsibly according to company serving standards and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of available beer, wine, spirits, and other beverage offerings
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and communicate cut-offs to guests when necessary, in a professional manner
