Established in 2015, Oak View Group operates seven world-class venues and collaborates with some of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions worldwide, spanning four continents. The company prides itself on delivering exceptional live entertainment experiences and maintaining a commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and excellence in service.

The Texas Tech Club, located in Lubbock, Texas, is a distinguished venue managed under the Oak View Group umbrella. The club is designed to provide a superior experience combining comfort, high-quality food and beverage options, and exclusive access within the stadium environment.

The Bartender position is a regular part-time role that offers an hourly rate between $4.00 and $5.00, with the opportunity to earn tips. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to engage with diverse guests are essential for success in this role.

Bartenders are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, managing cash accurately, and adhering to all legal and company standards regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages. This includes checking IDs, responsibly serving drinks, and handling difficult guest situations with tact and professionalism. The role also involves restocking bar supplies, setting up and breaking down bar equipment, and working collaboratively with team members to uphold company standards of excellence in guest service and teamwork.

OVG fosters an inclusive workplace culture where diverse backgrounds are valued and innovation is driven by a united team. Employees are encouraged to contribute to an environment that reflects and celebrates the communities they serve. Part-time employees at Oak View Group benefit from access to a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, underscoring the company's commitment to supporting their workforce in both their professional and personal lives.

This position will remain open until August 14, 2026, making it a timely opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, part-time work in a dynamic hospitality setting associated with a prestigious live entertainment group.
