As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your primary responsibility is to ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Whether greeting guests at the drive-thru, front counters, or sandwich stations, or preparing delectable bakery items, you will play an integral role in creating memorable guest experiences. This role offers comprehensive training in multiple operational areas including food safety, health and safety, cleaning, sanitizing, and guest service standards. Team Members are deeply involved in maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and hygiene by performing duties such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, changing garbage, and keeping dining and parking areas orderly.
In this role, you will be the friendly face welcoming guests, preparing coffee beverages such as Iced Capps, and crafting delicious sandwiches and wraps that meet Tim Hortons’ high standards. You will be trained to follow operating guidelines for equipment and product preparation to ensure quality and efficiency. This position encourages fun and interaction, making the workplace lively as you brighten guests’ days with your energy and hospitality. The job requires the physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods, highlighting the need for stamina and endurance.
