Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be flexible with meal periods
  • ability to work on a computer
  • good customer communication skills
  • able to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 pounds
  • accurately dispense tickets and make change
  • punctual and ready to work at shift start
  • enforce all facility policies to ensure safety
  • able to work under pressure and meet schedules
  • able to work well within a team and independently
  • ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • ability to communicate effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, racers, and crew members
  • capable of following verbal and written instructions
  • able to work well both independently and within a team
  • able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • prior experience in customer service preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Sell tickets to guests at event entry points
  • scan tickets for validation
  • handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately
  • check coolers and enforce facility policies
  • direct traffic and assist with vehicle parking
  • hand-stamp guests for event access
  • answer questions and provide excellent customer service
  • ensure all necessary waivers are signed by racers, crew, and visitors
