Job Requirements
- must comply with internal mobility and residency policies

- ability to work 20 to 40 hours per week depending on seniority

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and overnights
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- basic computer proficiency
- ability to assist diverse customer needs with patience and professionalism
Job Duties
- owning the check-in process
- managing the boarding process
- overseeing seat availability
- making gate announcements
- ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation
- tagging and lifting baggage up to 70 pounds
- operating loading bridges
- opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
- escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
