Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic digital literacy
  • Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
  • Pass a Customer Service Assessment
  • Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
  • Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles

Job Qualifications

  • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation

Job Duties

  • Own the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation
  • Tag and lift baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds
  • Operate loading bridges
  • Open, close, and secure aircraft doors
  • Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
  • Assist customers with ticketing and baggage check-in using computer systems
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding flight status and changes
