- proficiency in Ticketmaster ticketing software
- strong verbal communication skills in English
- ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required

- ability to work beyond normal business hours
Job Duties
- Staff ticket windows at the venue box office
- sell tickets, coordinate and dispense will call
- handle customer ticketing issues and questions
- staff guest services to handle event day accessible needs
