Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or sports management preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience in ticket operations
  • Experience with legacy ticketing platforms for event creation, inventory management and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as required
  • Meet minimum qualifications at time of hire

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Sports Management preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience in ticket operations, preferably in a sports or entertainment environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with a legacy ticketing platform with working knowledge of utilizing the software for event creation, inventory management and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact effectively and comfortably with employees at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead the creation, development and maintenance of ticketed events through team's ticketing system
  • Assist with creating, managing, plans, promo codes and other ticketing system programming needs
  • Manage and maintain stadium seating inventory for all ticket types
  • Coordinate with the Ticket Sales & Service leadership team on venue and seating inventory for games and events
  • Manage all game/event day box-office operations and staff
  • Serve as a point of contact for all ticket related questions and box office inquiries
  • Coordinate with sales department for all ticketing, fulfillment and service needs of premium ticket holders
  • Support Ticket Sales and Corporate Partnerships staff with order processing and payments
  • Fulfill approved ticket donation requests
  • Track and follow-up on missed and failed ticket payments, as well as any other ticketing payment discrepancies
  • Recruit, hire and train box office game day staff
