Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- At least 1 year of previous hospitality experience is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal or written)
- Must maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6 to 9 hours)
- Ability to frequently bend, kneel, reach, or twist
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation required
- Adherence to proper work attire standards and personal hygiene
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide guests with exceptional service in a safe and clean environment
- Engage and educate guests about SMG
- Greet each guest, understand their needs, process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, provide correct change, and thank them for their business
- Safeguard all cash, receipts, and tickets to maintain security
- Enforce movie rating guidelines courteously and professionally
- Distribute and verify the proper functioning of 3D glasses, ensuring guests understand how to use them, if applicable
- Adhere to all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment for both staff and guests
- Take on additional duties and opportunities as assigned by management
