- Previous event hosting or planning experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based role
- Ability to commit to hosting weekly events
- Proficient with social media platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be located in Louisville, Kentucky

Job Duties
- Find and book venues for events
- List the events online to maximize visibility
- Manage the local Instagram account to promote events and engage the community
- Host weekly events by connecting guests and maintaining high energy
- Create an inviting and dynamic atmosphere to encourage real-life interactions
- Collaborate with the global support team to optimize event success
- Represent Thursday as the face of the brand in your city
