Job Requirements
- obtain and maintain current food handlers and OLCC/MAST liquor license
- previous supervisory experience
- excellent knowledge of wine, ales and spirits
- available to work full-time with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- assist in all pub operations under the guidance and direction of the Pub Manager
- perform responsibilities of non-management positions
- perform all opening and closing duties of the pub
- act as the host and oversee the smooth and effective running of the shift
- assign sections to servers
- serve guests and tables by taking food and beverage orders
- deliver products in a timely manner
- collect payment and cashier
- work on point of sale computer system
- set up, maintain, and breakdown service and work areas for efficient and safe service
- regulate labor
- oversee side work and cleaning duties
- train staff
- handle administrative duties as assigned
- address personnel and customer service issues as they arise
- provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- report issues to Head Manager and District Manager
- help solve and troubleshoot problems during the shift
