Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 60 pounds and place items on high and low shelves in storerooms and freezers
- Frequent reaching, twisting at the waist, bending, and squatting
- Ability to push and pull occasionally to move equipment, mops, and brooms
- Ability to withstand exposure to hazards including cuts from broken glass, scalds, burns, slipping and tripping, and contact with chemical cleaning agents
- Ability to withstand temperatures in a hot and damp kitchen environment
- Must be available from 10 pm to 6 am during night games
