Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service or call center environment
- Moderate efficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Bilingual is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate sensitive situations
- Strong organization and analytical skills

Job Duties
- Review and resolve overdue rental files in a timely manner within established guidelines
- Document contract and vehicle information within appropriate systems including vehicle location(s), conversations, and research
- Confirm stolen status with local authorities and review all applicable systems to create a theft package and generate demand letter when applicable
- Ensure vehicles are placed in the proper hold code
- Review pending theft packages and partner with Corporate Security when appropriate
- Support multiple email inboxes and ensure responses are sent in a timely manner
- Assign vehicles to vendors as appropriate
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned
