The hotel prides itself on offering a unique atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for, making it an ideal destination for travelers seeking comfort combined with culturally rich hospitality.

Operating as a full-service hotel, The Wildbirch Hotel offers a variety of amenities including dining, lodging, and event hosting, all managed with attention to detail and a high standard of service. The hotel promotes a mission to celebrate the joy of life, which is reflected in its staff training and customer service principles. Employees are encouraged to act in ways consistent with this mission, ensuring that guests receive the best possible experience from check-in to check-out.

The role available at The Wildbirch Hotel is for a dedicated service staff member responsible for supporting the restaurant operations. This position centers on providing excellent guest service through effective table maintenance, food and beverage service, and overall dining area cleanliness. The individual in this role will be expected to greet guests, serve bread, water, and butter promptly, and offer refills as necessary. They will also be responsible for clearing used tableware between courses and after guests leave, maintaining the appearance and readiness of dining areas, and assisting servers whenever needed.

The service staff member will ensure tables are set with clean linens and necessary condiments and will clean and reset tables to prepare for the next guests efficiently. Maintaining a clean and sanitary food service environment is essential to the role, which includes regular inspection and cleaning of restrooms every 30 minutes. Teamwork and communication are crucial, as the individual will need to coordinate with servers, hosts, and other employees to ensure smooth operations and a pleasant dining atmosphere.

Additional responsibilities include handling guest requests with professionalism and urgency, managing dirty dishes and silverware, stocking serving areas, and even basic bar support such as running cash registers and slicing fruits for garnishes. Familiarity with various tools and technology such as point-of-sale systems, beverage dispensers, and kitchen equipment is advantageous for this role.

This position offers an opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality to contribute to a team focused on creating an exceptional guest experience aligned with The Wildbirch Hotel's mission. It is an ideal role for those who appreciate the importance of attention to detail, efficiency, and proactive service in a busy hotel restaurant setting.
