Job Requirements
- minimum 18 years of age
- lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- push laundry carts
- walk and stand for extended periods
- must speak and understand English
- Spanish a plus
- ability to perform duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations

- employment contingent on background check
- ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
Job Qualifications
- 2 years of previous work history or education required
- basic knowledge and skills in routine housekeeping work desirable
- ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers, and management consistent with service excellence standards
- ability to handle heavy laundry and carts utilizing proper lifting methods
- ability to facilitate workflow with minimum supervision
- capability to operate carpet machine, vacuum, and similar equipment
- ability to maintain flexible work hours
- adherence to all safety policies
- successful completion of background check
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways by removal of soiled linens and trash
- train new houseperson on multiple houseperson duties
- delivery of requested items to guest rooms
- follow established health and safety procedures for using cleaning chemicals
- responsible for stocking of all closets and housekeeping carts
- deliver dirty linens to appropriate places
- clean and vacuum assigned area
- complete daily cleaning project
- compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
- other duties as assigned
