Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
- food handlers certification required and must comply with state requirements
- able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining composure
- strong communicator who listens actively and conveys ideas and solutions
- previous supervisory responsibility preferred

- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
