Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading culinary teams in private clubs, resorts, or hospitality settings
  • Culinary arts degree preferred but not required
  • Certified food safety training mandatory
  • Ability to manage diverse culinary operations including à la carte and banquets
  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to develop creative menus respecting club traditions
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of luxury culinary experience as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef
  • Successful experience in à la carte and banquet operations
  • Culinary arts degree preferred
  • Certified Executive Chef (ACF) or Pro Chef (CIA) certification preferred
  • Mandatory food safety certification
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Experience with Jonas POS software and social media engagement is a plus
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Track record of financial management and menu planning
  • Strong communication and member engagement abilities

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for culinary operations
  • Engage actively with members and communicate culinary vision
  • Empower and train the culinary team for growth and excellence
  • Maintain and innovate menu offerings featuring global cuisines
  • Oversee food safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance
  • Collaborate with front-of-house managers to ensure cohesive member experience
  • Manage food and labor costs within budget goals
