Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain or renew all government required licenses including gaming registration and alcohol awareness education certification
- Ability to work varying schedules reflecting the business needs of the hotel
- Dedicated to meeting or exceeding expectations of internal and external clients
- Trusted and highly respectful of others
- Consistently exhibits courteous and respectful communication
- Cooperates with others for joint tasks and common objectives
- Able to maintain physical stamina and work under pressure
- Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable working in a smoke-filled and loud environment
- Meets attendance requirements to complete job responsibilities on time

Job Duties
- Believe and demonstrate through their work the GSR vision and mission statement
- Provide proper and professional beverage service to all guests and cocktail staff in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
- Input and ring-up charges for guest orders using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas and equipment at all times including removing empty glasses/bottles, cleaning ashtrays, emptying garbage, sweeping/mopping floors, scrubbing/sanitizing equipment
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of bar daily including before, during and after shift
- Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
- Make constant contact with both internal and external customers to provide optimal guest service
- Perform any other jobs or tasks as assigned by center management
