Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • three years of progressive restaurant experience preferred
  • one year of supervisory or management experience
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • three years of progressive restaurant experience preferred
  • at least one year in supervisory or management position
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage staff and operations effectively
  • familiarity with restaurant payroll and scheduling
  • problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • knowledge of menu development and guest service best practices

Job Duties

  • assist in directing the team and monitoring complete restaurant operations
  • lead service team in an open, positive, and approachable manner during shifts
  • actively participate in menu change process
  • hire, train, and supervise all staff
  • address potential issues quickly, appropriately, and proactively
  • maintain the daily log for communication between staff and management
  • aggressively monitor labor, scheduling, and overtime to ensure maximum productivity and profitability
