Job Requirements

Education relevant to restaurant management preferred
minimum 3 years progressive experience in restaurant industry
at least 1 year in supervisory or management position
strong interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
proficiency in managing labor and scheduling
excellent communication skills

Job Duties

Directing the service team
