Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic computer literacy to operate reservation software
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a host or hostess role preferred
- familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain a positive and inviting demeanor
- knowledge of food and beverage service industry
- ability to work cohesively within a team environment
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
- maintain an organized and efficient host station
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems
- assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
- support team unity by communicating effectively with all staff members
- monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns
