Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • basic computer literacy to operate reservation software
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a host or hostess role preferred
  • familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to maintain a positive and inviting demeanor
  • knowledge of food and beverage service industry
  • ability to work cohesively within a team environment

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
  • maintain an organized and efficient host station
  • coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems
  • assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
  • support team unity by communicating effectively with all staff members
  • monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns
