Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous dishwashing experience preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
strong attention to detail
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

previous experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
familiarity with operating dishwashing equipment
ability to work efficiently under pressure
good communication and teamwork skills
basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
operate dishwashing machines efficiently
support culinary staff during meal preparation and service
ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
follow established recipes and procedures to maintain consistency
contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
